Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how we manage and protect your personal information.
It applies across all Wixonic services, including our websites, backend infrastructure (Server), Discord Application (WixiBot), and desktop application (Mercury).
All these products are open-source and available on GitHub.

General Principles

We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. We do not track, profile, sell, or monetize your personal information.
We only process the minimal technical data strictly necessary to deliver, secure, and operate our services.

Websites & Infrastructure

Our websites are hosted on Google's Firebase, specifically their Hosting service.
Public site data is retrieved from Firebase Firestore, and is located in Belgium or Paris, France (europe-west1 and europe-west9).

To protect our infrastructure against bot abuse and automated attacks, we use Firebase App Check powered by Google reCAPTCHA v3. reCAPTCHA evaluates technical interaction parameters (such as browser characteristics and request headers) strictly for security verification.

Our backend service (Server) handles request routing and security headers. It processes standard HTTP request metadata (such as IP address, host, and path) transiently in memory to serve requests and manage CORS origin policies.

WixiBot (Discord Application)

WixiBot processes minimal user information linked to your Discord User ID in order to provide statistics, levels, streaks, and achievements.

Data Collected

WixiBot stores the following data locally on our server:

• Account Identifier: Your Discord User ID.
• Activity Statistics: Aggregated counts of sent messages, reactions, forum posts, and stage events attended within guilds.
• Progression & Streaks: Total XP, current/best daily active streaks, and unlocked achievements.
• Optional Information: Discord presence/activity details (only if live recording is enabled in your settings) and birthday (day and month, if voluntarily set).

Manage and Delete your Data

You can disable activity recording at any time using the /settings command and clicking User Settings.
You can permanently delete all stored data using the /privacy command and clicking Delete my data, or by contacting us at privacy@wixonic.fr.

AI Services and Features

All AI services provided by WixiBot run locally on our private hardware using Unsloth Studio.
Your prompts and inputs are processed in real time and immediately discarded once generation completes. Your data is never saved, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models.

Deep research and search features query DuckDuckGo's search API without attaching personal user identifiers.

Onion Storage

Onion is a temporary file sharing service integrated with WixiBot, allowing users to upload and share files securely without Discord's attachment size limitations.

Data Stored: When a file is uploaded, we store the file payload locally on our server along with basic metadata: file name, size, MIME type, cryptographic hash (SHA-256 for deduplication and integrity check), uploader Discord ID and name, creation timestamp, and any optional description or access restrictions set by the uploader (public, restricted to specific Discord users or roles, or protected by a secret access key).

Automatic Deletion & Retention: Onion Storage is strictly temporary. Files are automatically and permanently deleted when their expiration date is reached, when their maximum download limit is reached, or when storage capacity requires purging older files on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis. Unused upload slots expire automatically after 24 hours.

Manage and Delete: Uploaders can delete their uploaded files at any time using the /storage command in WixiBot or by contacting us at privacy@wixonic.fr.

No Third-Party Access: Uploaded files are hosted on our private infrastructure, are never analyzed, indexed, or shared with third parties, and are only accessible according to the permissions defined by the uploader.

Mercury (Desktop Application)

Mercury is an alternative open-source Discord desktop client built with speed and privacy in mind.

Zero Telemetry: Mercury does not collect, log, or transmit any telemetry, analytics, or user tracking data to our servers. Furthermore, Mercury is engineered to send no telemetry or tracking data to Discord either.

Local Storage Only: Your Discord authorization token is stored exclusively on your local device using localStorage and is used solely to communicate directly with official Discord APIs.

Caches, Cookies & Storage

Websites use localStorage to cache static resources and API responses locally, reducing redundant network requests.
WixiBot temporarily caches user profile objects in memory to minimize unnecessary calls to the Discord API.
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising trackers across any of our services.
