  • Server Logs: Temporary technical logs, deleted on restart.

B. KCMaths² (Specific)

Within the context of the school year, we collect:

  • Identity: Names/Usernames.
  • Activity: Virtual currency, game statistics.
  • Retention: Deleted in Summer 2026.

C. WixiBot

Data collected for feature operation.

  • Stored Data: Discord ID, activity stats, roles.
  • Storage: JSON files on private infrastructure.
  • Giveaways & Tickets: Archived for traceability.
